We are seeking, but full training will be given:
- Experience in hygienic, careful, and efficient, small batch food production...
- Roles to include: cutting out of shellfish, filleting fish, preparing a range of sauces, accurate recording of all weights & measures, and assisting in the critical lethality data analysis...
- Excellent rates of pay, based on experience and targets of small batch can production...
- Possibly coaching an apprentice...
- Ideally: Persons who are confident at a computer, and on the water…
- Happy to work alone or as part of a team
- With mother nature’s time/tides, not necessarily the Gregorian 9-5…
- Likes careful preparation of sustainably harvested seafood, as much as caring for the habitat, and maybe an interest in the study of marine biology…
- Desirable: Passion for, and or, experience, in aquaculture, and or, large volume food preparation…
