Cornish Rock Oysters - Hand Gathered from the Fal Fishery

During canning, we aim for 100g wet oyster meat weight and 10g liquor/spring water, so when your can arrives you may only see 1 or 2 XXXL/6 or 8 smaller Rock Oysters, and the dry weight may have changed from the 100g wet weight... but mop up all that great flavour in the liquid...

... you can spread the fantastic and quite smokey tasting oyster across your Cornish Seaweed Crackers (available separately) or on your toast...

By purchasing this product you are helping us remove an invasive species from our fishery and we get to retain the shell for the habitat restoration program (FalFisheryCooperativeCIC.org)
