Our own range of canned produce comes direct from the Fal Fishery and its unique hand, sail and oar fleet... Our sailboat fishing season runs from October 1st to March 31st... During other times we still hand gather mussels, queen scallops and rock oysters, but only on the low spring tides... or we will harvest from our Aquaculture Research Site...

Our other Cornish products include rope grown mussels and farmed rock oysters from various sites around Cornwall, all our products are sustainably sourced from personal friends in the industry, and canned fresh within 24hrs to preserve quality...

We are also offering 'conservas' from other producers, that way you can order several cans from one place and make a date night out of it ;)
